Dr Hui-Cheng Tay

Dr Tay began working at Read Street in 2015. She graduated from the University of Nottingham (UK) in 1999, completing her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) and went on to do her Diploma in Child Health with the Westmead Children’s Hospital (Sydney) in 2007. She has a particular interest in all aspects of child and adolescent health, women’s health and chronic disease management.

Dr Alvin Wee

Dr. Alvin Wee graduated from the University College Cork, Ireland in 1997, completed his Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practice (FRACGP) and went on to complete his Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Surgery (UQ) with the Advanced Skin Cancer Surgery Workshop (UQ). He deals with all aspects of family medicine and but has a special interest in the skin, in particular skin cancer treatment and runs the Skin Cancer Clinic at Read Street.

Dr Leopold Foong

Dr. Leopold Foong is a very experienced General Practitioner who has been serving the families of Rockingham for more than 30 years. He is committed to providing the best quality healthcare to the local community and has particular interest in all aspects of travel medicine, acupuncture and incorporating complementary medicine into patient care.

Dr Joan Vei Le Kong

Dr Joan began working with Read Street in January 2017, when she moved to WA. Prior to this she lived and worked in Victoria, since moving to Australia from Malaysia. Dr Joan completed her medical qualifications in 2004 at the University of Science Malaysia and her conjoined fellowship with RACGP in 2014. Her medical experience ranges from hospital Medical Officer in the intensive Care units, Anaesthesia as well as the Emergency Departments. Her strong interest in person centred care and wanting to provide ongoing healthcare to patients developed her passion to work in General Practice

Dr Yoshi Inoue

Dr. Yoshi Inoue enjoys all aspects of family and community medicine having served and worked with rural communities over the years.

He obtained his Fellowship with the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine (FACRRM) in 1999 and has since developed a particular interest in travel medicine and acupuncture, gaining his Fellowship with the Australian Medical Acupuncture College (FAMAC) in 2006.

Monique Practice Nurse

Monique qualified as a registered Nurse in 2016, with the intention to work in the general practice setting. Her experience of working in the aged care sector developed her interested to provide one on one healthcare. She enjoys community nursing because of the higher level of engagement and the ability to develop a good rapport with patients.
