Acupuncture
Our centre is well equipped with a treatment room for procedural work and urgent care needs. Acupuncture is available through Dr. Inoue and Dr. Foong who are accredited practitioners. They perform both the traditional and modern acupuncture therapy techniques. Dr Inoue specialises in Scalp Acupuncture which he had learnt and further develop during his time in the bush.
Chronic Health
We work closely with our patients’ to identify their health priorities and health goals. Our patient’s will be provided with on going support on their health care needs. This includes (but not limited to) comprehensive chronic conditions care planning, management and health checks.
Skin Checks
There are three Clinicians consulting here that have a special interest in skin conditions. This includes annual skin checks, dermatology concerns, skin cancer removals and treatments.
Workers Compensation & Motor Vehicle Insurance
The Clinicians practicing here will accept appointments for workers compensation and motor vehicle insurance claims for existing patients. For new patients, medical assessments will be conducted.
Family Health Services
At Read Street, we provide comprehensive children, women and men’s health services, sexual and reproductive health, family planning and menopause support.
Travel Medicine
There are Clinicians here that have a special interest in Travel Medicine. Our practice is registered to provide the Yellow Fever vaccine as we are a member of the Travel Medicine Alliance.
Aviation Medicals
Dr Inoue is a Designated Aviation Medical Examiner (DAME) with CASA. He offers CASA Class 1,2 and 3 aviation medicals. Please refer to the fee structure for more information.
Aborginal Health

We strive to provide equal and culturally appropriate care for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and assist them to improve their health outcomes.
Telephone Consultations
Telephone consultations are available and will be privately billed according to our current face-to-face consult billing schedule.
However, there are limitations of telephone consultations. You may still need to come in to be examined or be referred on to a tertiary health centre.
